When Carr agrees to accept the return of goods, these goods must be accompanied by the Bill of
Sale and are subject to freight charges and 25% of their value re-stocking charge. Returns must be made within 3 months of the invoice date. There are no returns on natural stone products.

For bulk aggregates, soil and mulch you can generally expect to receive your delivery in 2-3 days. For all other Hardscape, Natural stone, and Carr Caddy products, the delivery time is generally 7 days. Once your order is placed, a member of our team will call or email you to confirm the details.

Carr Caddy bags are 1 yard bags that allow a product to stay dry as the bag is closed at the top. The 1 yard bag is delivered by our boom truck for many of our bulk products. We also offer our bulk products “loose”, delivered on a dump truck.

60mm, 70mm or 80mm thickness are ideal for vehicular use. Thicknesses below 60mm will be suitable for pedestrian traffic only.

Colour swatches and photographs are not exact representations of colour, but are given to provide close reference. Product colour may vary from one production run to another. No guarantee is given on exact colour or surface texture due to variations in colour pigment, effects of humidity and temperature, sizes and colour of available aggregate, and effects of efflorescence which are all beyond our control.

Measure the length and width of your area. Multiply the length by the width to calculate your square footage. If it is a large project, break it down into smaller areas and calculate the total by adding the square footage of each area. For example, if your patio is 20 feet x 20 feet, your total area is 400 square feet.

Borders are an optional accent stone that frame the edge of any project. For example, a border on your driveway can outline the perimeter of your driveway. You can easily add borders to your project using our online calculator during the checkout process. Many customers opt to have a different border stone to provide an accent. Simply click the “Border” option on the checkout page and we will reduce the border from the total area to ensure you receive the correct product quantities.
